I purchased this balloon in addition to confetti balloons for my daughter’s 4th birthday. The unicorn balloon valve was defective on both balloons and unable to be blown up. While I know products can be defective, I did contact the company to discuss a refund and I have made several attempts with lack of response. The confetti balloons were also not as pictures had shown; the confetti just sat at the bottom of the balloon. Very poor customer service for a small company.

The flowered paper straws were a hit at my daughters shower! So beautiful! They looked amazing with my sparkly paper plates I purchased as well! LOVED it all!
