I just love this time of year! The air is crisp, the leaves are changing and it smells like FALL outdoors. A few things that I love about Fall are....getting out our rain boots, going to the pumpkin patch and making chocolate chip pumpkin bread! As the weather changes, we are spending more time inside and the kids are constantly asking "what are we doing next?". This year I thought it would be fun to make pumpkin balloons with our shop's jumbo 36" sized latex balloons!
It was so simple to create this easy decoration. First, blow up your balloon, air-pump recommended for these big guys! I downloaded a free pumpkin carving template and cut it out on some colored card-stock paper. We glued our pumpkin face to our balloon with a glue-stick. We tied a few tissue tassels to the top as a stem and we have an adorable pumpkin decoration. We stuck some duct tape to the bottom of our balloon to keep it from tipping. I think the trick or treaters will love this one!
