20+ hours/wk. M, W, TH, Fri. (must be available in the AM on these days).

Pay: hourly DOE

We are an online boutique party shop looking for someone to help manage our day to day.  We are a small business and responsibilities can vary greatly from day to day.  We need someone who can handle change with short notice and adapt seamlessly. We need someone who is always 3 steps ahead and who can make themselves indispensable to our team.  Applicants need to be proactive, independent, self-starters, problem solvers, good communicators, highly detailed and very organized.  Must love crafting, party supplies and making things! 

Regular responsibilities include: Handle and organize inventory as it arrives.  Work with the team to ensure orders are being produced and shipped on time.  Pick and pack individual customer orders, wholesale orders and Amazon fulfillment orders. Prep work such as cutting string, packing glitter, refilling stock.  Assist owner with CRM, social media management, website maintenance, inventory reconciliation, photoshoot set up and execution.

Proficiency in English

  • Basic understanding of sales principles and customer service practices.
  • Follows all company policies and procedures.
  • Fulfill and ship online orders.
  • Prepare materials and make our party supplies.
  • Receive and document new shipments.
  • Remain up to date with product information.
  • Maintain stock of shipping supplies, such as boxes, labels, tape, bubble wrap, loose packing materials, or tape guns.

Ideal candidate could be described as a:  busy-bee, eager learner, self-motivated and a thorough and detailed individual who loves all things pretty and party~!
