- If you choose to fill your balloons with helium, confetti will naturally pool at the bottom of your balloon due to the natural characteristics of helium gas.
- If you fill your balloon with atmospheric (regular) air your confetti will cling to the interior of the balloon much better. In either case, generating static on the outside of your balloon will help with confetti cling. We will send you tips on how to do this when you make a purchase!
